Back from France!!! • 23/07/2010

I made it back from France – which was exciting. I was sat outside at 5am this morning on the street waiting for the cab  to take me to the airport. I sat there watching all these people coming back from nightclubs, still dressed from the night out and I was sat there in my little outfit ready for work and it felt very strange! I waited and waited and the cab still hadn’t arrived and I began to get a bit frantic, so I tried to call a few people but unsurprisingly no-one was really answering at 5am! I thought to myself this is going to be awful if I miss the plane, especially after all the drama this week. It was meant to be plain sailing at that time in the morning with no traffic on the road. The cab finally arrived and I made it to the airport and managed to get through security, passport and straight on to the plane no hanging around - I was pretty much the last one on the flight.

I’ve arrived and got up to date with everything and tonight will see 6 new potential housemates – 3 boys and 3 girls and only 3 of them will make it into the house. At the moment in the house there are 6 boys and 3 girls – so it would be fairly logical to even up the power balance and go for 3 girls. I don’t think they are going to do that though, for some reason I think they will go for 2 girls 1 boy. It’s going to be very frantic and I don’t know how 9 people are going to decide on whom to pick from the 6. They are all going to be shown a briefing video were the potential housemates introduce themselves and name the housemates they like and the one they don’t!!

Tonight we are also going to see two of the housemates performing outside the house to the 1000 audience gathered there with their Glee style number. If they do it succesfully they will pass this part of the BB-High task. Passing the other part of the task is dependent on how many views they get and I’d love them to get to a million – click here to watch it and we’ll get to tell them later how brilliantly they have done.

Finally I should update you on my knee which went a bit septic – errgh. I would show you a picture but is so gross I don’t think I can. There was talk of talking the scab off and cleaning it out but I no way am i doing that – instead i’ve got antiseptic cream and iodine and if I end up in a skirt tonight you can look out for the red blotch!
